No real human compassion, and worker not knowledgeable of services. Body language spoken clearly!! Little to their knowledge I am very educated in homeless services in the matsu area and Anchorage. I already knew the outcome before I took my sister there. She didn’t believe. But she does NOW, lol! Salvation Army a JOKE. False advertising. But hey if yur white. They will love to help you.
