The company or owner should make sure they hire friendly employees that offer help to every customer. I asked for help on 3 separate occasions and was never helped. For example, I once told the employee I was wanting to bleach my daughters dark brown hair, what is the difference between these two bleach products? She respond by saying … (you have to read what each one says) then went back to stocking the shelf. That led me to never returning again.
