On several occasions I have visited this store and the customer service is just sad to say the least. They are constantly out of products and the store is always a disaster. This will be the last time I visit this store. Tonight when I walked in the store with 3 minutes to closing I was advised that they were already closed and that they couldn’t check me out. Both associates were rude and very unkind. They were obviously checking out a few women who appeared to be friends of the associates. I will for now on go out of my way to shop at the Sally across town or the one in Odessa..

I like shopping here. The ladies are always willing to take time to answer my questions or help me find what I need. The voice-mail on their phone says they offer curbside, but they don’t. You will have to get down to pick up your online order.
