3rd time in a row I was not waited on. I waited and waited and waited for the young woman to wait on 2 customers and check them out. While I was waiting, another customer entered and waited. When the 2 women were checked out, I told the woman worker I needed help. She came over, spent maybe 2 minutes answering my question as to which products I needed, I told her fine, I’d take the 3 she had recommended and, then I told her I needed help with one more thing. She told me she needed to wait on the other customer who was waiting. I didn’t understand why she didn’t tell the other waiting customer she’d be with her after she finished with me but she didn’t. She kicked me to the curb, told me where the aisle the product I needed help with was, and said, she’d help the other customer and come show me the product I needed. I waited. I waited and waited and waited. When I returned to the front of the store she was waiting on customers who had not been in the store when she sent me to the back. There were 3 NEW customers already waited on and she was waiting on another. I have no idea what it takes to be waited on at this store. But I am not going back.

I went today to buy hair extencions and hair dye. A worker assured me that the extentions I got where dyeable. Once home I dyed the hair and nothing happened,they remained as blonde as they were origanally. Once again the staff is not reliable or knowladgeable of the products in the store. The worse thing is that my products are non-returnable .
