I bought about $70 worth of hair products, bleach, etc and for some reason, they charge for their plastic bags (Ulta doesn’t even do that but I guess if no one shops there then you gotta make sure you get money from anywhere you can) and not really wanting to spend anymore especially for plastic bags, I put the merchandise in my bag. As soon as I get out of the store and drive away, I look in my bag to see one of the 16oz bottles of bleach developer exploded in my bag, destroying everything in it and my bag. I go back just to see if I could exchange it, seeing how it was only about $7 and only left the store originally 5 minutes prior to have some sales associate tell me Um, I don’t think we can do that since you already left the store then wouldn’t ask a manager who would actually know what to do. No wonder no one shops there.

I live visiting this location! They are doing a fabulous job during the pandemic and are always helpful. The manager is very knowledgeable about products and items and always very helpful. I can always find what I need and if I can’t, she tries her hardest to find it for me locally. The store is always clean and organized. Thankful for this hard working group of employees!
