I purchased eva nyc purple shampoo at the recommendation of an employee there. The shampoo itself came out with clear jelly chunks and turned part of my scalp purple. I called ahead to make sure I could return the product and was told that I could do so. I went to the store and when I tried to return the item I was told nothing could be done for me. When I said I had called ahead thean employee answered that the guidelines changed and that she would never recommend that shampoo to someone.
