So this place is wonderful!! The service is amazingly knowledgeable. I tried to tip and they declined!! I’m not sure of his name but he said he was a manager. I was needing a repair to the strap of my Delightful MM. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. There were two associates that assisted. Within minutes it was fixed!!

I ordered an expensive item on the general Saks website. Shoprunner 2-day. Got a shipping confirmation. Online FedEx says label generated at Birmingham store. But package was never tendered to FedEx! Was it set aside and forgotten? Put back on shelf? Almost two weeks later, still trying to convince Saks that FedEx never got package & to give me my $ back. No more Saks shopping for me.
