I went to this location to buy a bag. I walked in looking terrible, possibly even homeless, and the staff was very friendly. Almost every staff member on the floor greeted me and made coversation. (They probably thought I was going to steal, but they didn’t make it feel that way. ) They offered stickers to my screaming 3 year old and offered to assist me with my bags when my son demanded that I carry him. I will definitely shop here anytime I’m in Beverly Hills!

Meili is amazing. Helpful in virtual shopping. She send great pictures and helped ensured I had a good process from emailed receipts to refund. I kept a sweater and still on the search for another handbag so Meili has her eyes open for new SS21 coming out soon. Thanks, you’re the best!
