Today I bought my first Yves Saint Laurent purse. I am more of a Channel girl but I have to say I was not disappointed! This location has most of their items in display which is great to figure out what you want! Justin helped me find the perfect item to match my style in no time.I have been a terrible client though as I thought the purse placed in the shopping bag was the wrong one (it wasn’t, they did everything right) and Justin texted me back right away to reassure me all will be fixed. In the end, only my crazy needed fixing but he has been very nice and professional all the way. I highly advise this store that will take care of you and guide you as you would expect it from any respectable luxury brand.

BUYER BEWARE I saw another review on here about this topic- while sales associates have great customer service company policies leave something to be desired. It’s kind of shocking and appaulling that they dont take returns…I bought over $2000 in denim but wanted to return one pair because of cut (litereally went to return the next day with receipt, my credit card, all tags on etc…) Again as i read before in another review the sales associates were very eager to make the sale- no mention of the final sale policy. To charge top dollar for luxury clothing customers should receive luxury service. The website even does returns. This was very disappointing i have been a very loyal customer for 5 years since Hedi days and now- rethinking my brand loyalty for sure
