I’ve seen the reviews here and felt I needed to add my voice. I’ve been doing business with SH Fireplace for years. I have a wood burning stove and a gas fireplace. I have always found the people who work there to be professional and friendly. Last winter, I went in to get a refresher course on how to make a fire in the stove. They took the time, answered all questions, and never got impatient or short with me. If the time ever comes to replace or get new, I will most certainly go straight to SH Fireplace.

No idea if they do a good job or not because they were so rude and arrogant when I contacted them for a price that I had no interest in going further. I don’t work with companies that don’t take the time to speak with me before issuing an estimate based on incorrect dimensions, pushing products that are overkill, and responding to my comment that nobody had even taken the time to speak with me by saying, you can go elsewhere. Which I did.

Not sure what chimney repair services they actually provide. After an inspection where the people they sent snapped pictures, they pointed out the issues with our chimney, but stated that they do not perform this kind of repair work. They should indicate on their website what manor of repair work they can perform.
