I’m an insulin diabetic. They took 2 days to contact the doctor about my insulin prescription. So ridiculous. I can die without insulin. And they kept telling me it wasn’t ready because they didn’t contact the doctor. This is my first experience with safeway pharmacy and two days trying to kill me is not sufficient. When I cussed her out about not having done her god damn job a few hours later i got a text that it was there. Don’t play with people’s lives, do your job.

Great Experience everytime. Friendly and Smart staff from the bakers to the meat cutters to the cashiers. A couple weeks ago the lights went out and the manager handled everything like a Pro! Brought out cookies, communicated with everyone on a respectful level and kept the cashiers at ease while the computers rebooted. Again, Great store and Staff.SALUTE!

Not very good pharmacy. Their is one assistant that is great and very nice, the rest of the staff, particularly the pharmacists are not very good at customer service, sometimes even rude. The text system the claim to have doesn’t work most of the time. They tell me I’ll get a text and I still have to call to verify, and it’s always ready when I haven’t recieved the text.
