I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Speaking to a pharmacist or getting any sense of when your prescription is actually ready is impossible. They either hang up the phone immediately or put you on hold and then hang up, even when they’re not busy. They’re also very rude in person, and I’ve seen them treat other people poorly as well. No surprise they have such poor ratings.

Frustrating to receive automated calls saying prescription is ready for pickup on a day they’re not even open (Sunday.) If one goes on a regular day, it’s not at all ready–despite the call saying it is ready. Always call ahead and make them check, IF they answer their phone (often do not.) Also, if one is dropping off a refill or asking status of said refill, don’t believe them telling when it will be ready–it wont. Hopefully, when things are actually ready for pickup, there won’t be that famous mile long line…

Recommend avoiding this store at all costs. The staff are so mean – one time I was yelled at for getting an error message on the self checkout machine, and another time I was mocked by the staff for not knowing which type of grapes i had. Everything is overpriced. This store is horrible. Just go to Whole Foods across the street.
