Shockingly incompetent.First prescription, they billed an insurance I don’t even have.Second prescription, they left a voicemail saying my order was ready for pickup…and it wasn’t. The pharmacist casually explained that the computer just calls whenever they get the prescription, because it assumes they’ll have it in stock.There won’t be a third prescription. I’m taking my business elsewhere – and you should too!(The cherry on top: every time I called, I had to wait on hold for 5 minutes or more.)
