So I had the Worst experience here in the Bakery Section. I ordered cake on 05/06/21 for Saturday pickup for my Boyfriends Birthday. As Antonio suggested me about the design he did mention that in the receipt as well , that the cake to be Half and Half so that it looks like a cloud but nope The lady didn’t do that . and I had a batman theme on the cake and Anthony who took my order confirmed and promised that the cake will have printed view of building and will be as some as in the CatLog which was not their either. I do remembered she saying that she has 30 more cake to make and she didn’t have time to call me to say what she is going to do. their was literary no filling ( less filling) at all too .I made sure to order 2 days ago so that nothing goes wrong. But still They messed up with my order.I did asked and told her this is not what I ordered. But she had a lot of attitude and was rude too . As I had already Pre- Paid and was getting late for cake cutting ceremony I left .Well My Dad Runs 7 Restaurant Back in MY country and I have never seen any employees with this attitude. She should have at least re-make the cake and confirm her mistake .Never had any problem earlier from 94580 Location they always use to do it on point . But this 95482 location is the Worst .I hope this never happens to anyone. It does not matter what worth of $ amount of Item you are ordering. The Order should be made as Promised when Talking the order.I hope this Incident get Reported to Higher Authority and take action soon.Not just my Planning to the Birthday Theme But my emotion was also Connected .
