I just had the best experience at this Safeway. I had a return but didn’t realize Customer Service opened at 8am. It was 7:45am. The manager still helped me and completed the return! I was surprisingly pleased because there are so many companies where employees will not work a second before their shift. Then I saw there was an ad for corn–15 cents each–so I bought six. At the cash register, I wasn’t paying attention and just as I was inserting my credit card, the cashier Joanna said that I had to download the coupon to get the discount. I looked up and saw the corn cost almost $5 instead of 90 cents! Joanna said not to worry and she’d take care of it and fixed the price. WOW! Kudos to this Safeway!! Such great customer service in the morning made my day! 🙂

We love the sushi bar inside Safeway at N. MAIN st in Salinas Ca. The sushi chefs are so amazing. They’ll prepare you your favorite sushi if it’s not already made. My daughter does not like to go anywhere else, and frankly neither do I. Try it, you’ll be just as satisfied as us
