We got our window replaced fairly quickly. This was a replacement due to glass getting cracked at different store. So far so good.

Would give it negative rating if possible. This is the worst safelite store for repair and attitude. Repaired my windscreen (crack was smaller than this) and they made it even worse. Assistant store manager and repair person – said too bad – go back to your insurance and we can refund them. You can then change you screen.

These guys rock. I showed up an hour early for my warranty appointment (they had to fix something that the Manhattan, KS store missed). Not only did the front desk guy come out to my car to say they could take us early. They completed it and had us out the door before our scheduled appointment time. I am sure if these guys did the work originally I would not have had to come back in. Top notch!!!! Amazing work and professionalism.
