DON’T GO HERE. RIP OFFF!!! Chipped my windshield and brought to Safelite in Massena. Picture shows Safelite repairs. We were not happy at all. Complained and they told us to change our windshield. We took our vehicle to Ziebart in Cornwall and see the results in the picture. Seriously don’t waste your time with these amateurs. They have no idea what they are doing. Take the time and go to Cornwall.When we took to Ziebart in Cornwall, they said NO work was done. They didn’t even drill out the core of the chip. They were totally trying to take advantage of us and now we’re out $154. Ziebart even showed us how to put into our insurance.AGAIN DON’T GO HERE!!!! RIP OFF MASTERS!!! They should be charged with theft!

The minor snowflake repair hasn’t lasted a year and I’ve been informed that’s my problem. I had a scheduled appointment at home to replace the windshield. They never showed up not did they call to cancel.
