Dont waste your money… The monitoring you pay for in case of an emergency takes 16+ hours for them to realize the signal has been lost…. A lot can happen in that amount of time……my house could have been robbed, burned down, or even worse something horrible happening to my wife and daughters….

I was grandfathered into this alarm company through a home I purchased and have been a reluctant customer for over a year. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with all facets of this company: phone operators general knowledge and response time, ease of their website and the physical in-home technology that is being used. From what I can tell, most of their digital tools are developed by other companies, so there is no in-house expertise when you are in an emergency. I feel entirely unsafe knowing SafeCo is in charge of my safety and personal property. If you are shopping for an alarm service, please try someone else first. Paying a little more each month is well worth the hassle of using SafeCo.
