Loved working with Angie!! I ordered my daughters furniture in late November. I was told at the time of purchase it would take several months. Angie kept me updated and I received a call from the warehouse to schedule a delivery date in early March. The day before my scheduled delivery date I got a call and text with an approximate time. The link allowed me track my order. Fortunately for me they were ahead of schedule. I was super excited. The delivery men literally rolled out a red carpet on my doorstep and took off their shoes to carry the 3 gorgeous pieces of furniture to my daughters bedroom. I’m so happy with my purchase. The quality of the Bernhardt pieces is incredible and I will be ordering more furniture Safavieh!

Worst customer service ever. Angie was the nicest most helpful when taking order, but the minute there was a delivery issue she wants nothing to do with you. I brought my issue to store manager Patrick who at first did what he could to help. They took my money and I still don’t have my chairs I ordered over 4 months ago. Can not even get a return call as to the status of my chairs. Better off buying online!
