Josie was an exceptional help when I was looking for a new couch/sofa for my 1st apartment. I came on the day before and she spent hours helping me find the right measurement and size, style, color of couch. She advised me to go home that night and measure to double check to make sure I would be satisfied with the dimensions. I am, and now I am excited for a delivery for my new heavily discounted couch! Tiffany at Sadler’s in Anchorage gave phenomenal customer service. She immediately greeted me with a smile, and not even the faintest hint of frustration that I came in shortly before closing. She took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for in a couch, and really seemed invested in me being happy with my purchase. She put up with the chaos of me needing to speak with a 3rd party and rifle through scribbled home measurements, and let me hem and haw as much as I wanted.I ultimately kept her past her 6pm shift by a few minutes, and she still outlined an efficient way for me to follow through on my decision. When I called back in, she displayed that same professionalism and charisma on the phone – and ultimately I get a dream couch out of an overall phenomenal experience. I manage roughly 75 employees and I can say with confidence: Tiffany is a 5 star employee – please value what she brings to your team.
