I recently engaged S&I Construction to do a kitchen and bath remodel including other projects to finish a high-end remodel with tech upgrades. Raz Frenkel was my project manager and I have to tell you he is a fantastic advertisement for this company. He is an exceptional communicator with a great sense of urgency and he demonstrates integrity and commitment that earned him my trust, something that is difficult to do. He speaks three languages as far as I know and he means what he says. He is easy to work with and I constantly was reminded by his actions that his goals for completing my project were my goals also. He receives my highest praise and recommendation, he is a top performer and deserves to be recognized. Not only that, he brought my project in under budget and way ahead of schedule. S and I construction has come to the rescue on two projects for me. This review is for the patio that the project manager Eran and his crew foreman Francisco completed.Our backyard was a mess with cracked/broken concrete, and a behemoth of a shed that was a mold haven. Eran took time to look at our yard and formulated options for us. He had many insights that we had not thought of. He also offered ideas of how to fit the project to our budget.Francisco and his crew were amazing. They were meticulous and they worked efficiently. Francisco even discovered an electrical hazard where our rain gutter was electrified by a worn service drop.We have had our new patio for over one month and we are now enjoying our backyard for the first time in years.I highly recommend Eran and Francisco, especially for projects that seem challenging.

Hired S &I to remodel my multi- unit building in the mission (SF). While we hit a lot of snags and it took longer than expected, I will say that I was highly impressed with the professionalism and follow through to make sure the project was completed. Josh was very easy to get a hold of and worked to make sure any issues were remedied quickly. While most contractors would have probably disappeared after all the issues and covid-19, Josh stuck to the project and made sure the work was guaranteed, even when we had issues post construction. I would highly recommend S&I and Josh based on his communication and follow through. It is hard to find a contractor today who will own up to the issues, fix them, and make sure you are happy with the job. They are one of the rare companies in construction that truly guarantee their work + the work they did came out amazing (one of the remodeled units was the top trending rental on zillow in SF!)
