I’m not sure what happened to this company if they sold out to somebody new? But this used to be very reputable business! We have purchased many large exercise equipment, weights & flooring.My husband purchased flooring paid for it ahead of time tell them He’ll l be there the next day. He arrives like said and they sold it! Told him a customer came in that really needed it. Wow!Update: we got a call from the owner yesterday promising to make this mistake right and he followed through on that promise!!! He had his team drive over 200 miles round trip to deliver the flooring today. He also explained the communication problem and promised to make sure that it would not happen again. My husband will visit the store next week to buy other needed equipment for our home in La Quinta.
