Applied for a job with IT department in early September 2018. I was given a psychology test with no instructions, which I promptly completed. Had a phone interview with IT manager, he liked me. He setup an official interview with the IT team in late October, almost two months after applying. I took off a day of work (without pay) to attend this interview. I missed out on some of my paycheck just to go to this interview. When I came to the interview, I brought several copies of my own resume printed out, which they kept and used during the interview. These people were not prepared at all, after months of coordinating and months of communication. They were late and unprepared. I was very disappointed they didn’t have my resume printed out and that they kept the ones I had brought. I didn’t say anything because I thought it was petty, but I also expected to receive a reply. To make matters worse, they never even contacted me at all after the interview. A year later, I still wonder if I got the job? They never said “no thanks” or “not interested” or “we found someone else”. They said nothing, which is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and amateur. This was a terrible experience with a company that seems to be very amateur at everything I saw. I really hate this place now and hate driving past it. I hope they have improved but I feel they are still a mess to work with.Think twice if you’re an IT professional looking for a career here. You might wait a long time for nothing, not even a phone call or an email.

I recently had been in contact with one of there other dealers west of Houston and was approved to buy a brand new truck. When it came down to the time of trading my other truck which is an International, the salesman told me he had to get approval to take my trade, but I had already been given a trade in amount. When I questioned the salesman about why he needed an approval for the trade he said we dont take those type of trucks for trade ins I was so disgusted I will be reluctant to buy any of there products the rest of my career. He wanted me to take the deal and continue paying for my other truck instead of taking my trade. So if I could give them no stars I would.
