We are big fans of Rudy’s and visit them regularly. This was our first stop at the Waco location. It was the Tuesday following the Memorial Day weekend. I’m guessing they were much slower on Memorial day than they were expecting. Because this was our worst Rudy’s visit ever as far as the food quality. It must have been reheated from the prior day, definitely was not anywhere near fresh.The Baby Back ribs were extremely dry and chewy. We had to pick apart to get edible pieces and them dip the meat in BBQ sauce to eat at all, threw at least 1/2 inn the trash. The Bark edge on the moist brisket was even worse, had to pick through it as well. So we spent $35 for a snack! We had had to stop again an hour later for dinner somewhere else. Won’t be doing Waco again.

Rudy’s had the BEST Potato Salad, I’ve ever had! We had Turkey, sausage and beef brisket, they were all moist and delicious! The best BBQ I’ve had.

We had a graduation party for my son and I wasn’t quite sure how to figure what I needed. I called and the employee I spoke with was so helpful. She offered a meal deal that would give me 3 meat choices and 3 sides. When it was picked up it was packaged so nice and little did I know it would have everything, I mean everything I needed. Plates, cups, silverware, tablecloth, tea, ice and the serving utensils. The food is always amazing and this took all the stress away for me. I will definitely use them again and will for sure do this deal again. Thank you Rudy’s for make my sons graduation party perfect.
