These are crazy times for the firearms business, as well as for the customers who must patiently wait for service, for orders, for even getting into a shop. But the family-owned RT Smoke & Gun makes the process pain-free…even a pleasure!For those who have zero experience or knowledge, RT is not the least bit intimidating. Their customers are wide-ranging folks from all walks of life. The shop and staff are completely without judgment or disdain (which you can definitely feel in some other shops), regardless of the customer’s knowledge and experience (or lack thereof). Instead, they are friendly, down-to-earth, and exceedingly patient. Mostly, they are remarkably service-oriented and mindful of each customer’s needs. The individual attention, no matter how much time you require, is quite comforting, and the customer never feels rushed or pressured. If something is wrong, you can trust that they will go above and beyond to make it right. The owner even called me late at night to ensure that I was satisfied. This type of solutions-oriented quality service from a family business feels like a throwback to the past, when all businesses cared about their clientele. At RT Smoke & Gun, you absolutely feel that they genuinely care about each customer. I would not shop anywhere else for firearms, accessories or training; they are simply the best.
