Cant say enough nice things about Roy’s! It started about 2 years ago when my best friend and I walked in to get her bike and one for my daughter. Everyone’s just very patient, knowledgeable and helpful even when the place is super busy they never rush you. They let us take the bike for a ride around the block.Fast forward to this year, I got my own bike from them and will be getting one for my son soon. I took my bike back because I needed a more comfortable bike seat. My husband had a hard time installing the ones I got from amazon. They gave me a good recommendation, installed it for me and didn’t rip me off! This is a really awesome institution and a neighborhood staple! Thanks guys

I biked 10 miles for their quality service. I was going to leave it for an inexpensive $80 tuneup but they said it just needed a few small adjustments they could do on the spot for $15. Amazing people. Best bike shop in the city. #roysbikes

I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years and for good reason. The staff is quite knowledgeable about the products they sell but more importantly the mechanics are really on point. And reasonable in price. And prompt. Despite a very busy Sunday they were able to swap out my brakes and I was back on my bike by 3 pm. Oh. Did I mention they cleaned the bike and chain ?
