Good chocolates and have been a fan of Royce for a long time …but received a VERY BADDD customer service at this shop….I visited the shop on Jun 13th at around12.30-12.35…..Waited for about 5 mins for the lady on the counter to even acknowledge me but she didn’t. After that I called Excuse me…Then she responded reluctantly saying just a minute…She kept on doing her work……Waited for another 5 mins…Finally I walked off the shop without buying anything

Expensive but totally worth it. The reason these chocolates are $18 is likely because of import costs. In Japan, you can get these same box of chocolates for only 700 yen.
