My family and I had a Horrible experience at the Newburgh location . They sold me chemicals I did not need. Went back to return the 2 items the next day and the store manager was very mean and would not take them back . Beware of this place . Also in my opinion they are up selling their Phosphate chemicals. They are 60$ for a quart and they said I needed 3 for a total of 180$ . When the girl cashier was ringing me up the store manager had to chime in and say the phosphates are very bad this year . I found it very Strange he Butted in to our conversation. I also got my water checked in 3 other places and they said I didn’t have any phosphates in my pool at all . I would Definitely shop somewhere else. Thanks

Called the company for a pool equipment repair and was charged to check it but got refunded only to be told they researched my address and will not be able to work because someone else already worked on my pool.. I am certain this is not about another company having worked on my pool before it is personal grudges you hold because I wrote a negative review on your company demanded a refund and got it. It took your company half eternity to cost a job that is not major, that was why I grew impatient with you and you don’t have professional way of handling issues. You can deny it but deep down you know it is the fact.1. You can not tell me you only work on pools installed by your company.2. The job I am calling you out on has nothing to do with the Crack job and there is no Crack on my equipment this time3. You are only responsible for whatever job I gave you or that you worked on.It is really disappointing and unbelievable to see a company do what you just did. Give flimsy excuse. Your company is supposed to be professional but I guess you not.

Extremely happy with the service we received. Family owned business. Prompt answering e-mails. Needed a new pool liner and have someone come out to look at damage on one of our pool walls. They could have tried selling us a new pool and was completely honest with us that the wall was very sturdy and repairable. The team of workers completed the job in a timely fashion and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. They even folded our pool cover that was laying on the ground for us. I would highly recommend them!!! Due to covid-19 Royal Pools and Spas is worth the wait.
