I took my truck here on a high recommendation from family. They said this is a honest, do you right shop. So they get some stars for that,…BUT. After working on my truck they parked it out in their lot with the windows open. A storm shower rolled in and got the inside of my truck SOAKED! It must have rained sideways because even the headrests were soaked. They apologized and helped my clean up they best we could. They will make it right if I start having water damage related issues. They made no effort to partially refund the cost of my repair. That should have been offered for causing me current and future headaches. After 3 days of windows open in a baking hot sun all of the visible water is evaporated, I hope no damage or mildew shows. It was a bonehead move by the mechanic but why would you leave it out in a lot with the windows open anyway?? Again they came highly recommended from family members, but I’m not a happy customer.
