We’ve purchased 2 vehicles here in the past but yesterday was a different experience. Everybody @ ROSS Nissan are very very nice !!! They helped us out a lot – no matter what your financial & credit situation are. They are all very professional, kind & happy people. I know that they get very busy on weekends so just work with them & bring extra patience. We were lucky to come on a Thursday & got everybody’s attention. I went shopping for my new used car here and was happy to find the one for my little family. It hasn’t even been a month since that sale, before needing to take it in for a check engine light and some things that weren’t working when I bought the car. I scheduled an early Saturday morning appt where I waited in a long line patiently, and was then told that I would need to leave my car until Tuesday which as I’m sure is an inconvenience if you had no idea. So I went ahead and rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday morning. Dropped my car off Monday evening so that it would be the first to be looked at on Tuesday like the guy had told me. I was also told Monday night that I would receive a call Early the next day before anyone started working on my car so that they could go over if it was going to be covered since I bought my car less than a month ago. 10:00 a.m. comes around maybe it was even 11:00 but I gave them a call I hadn’t heard from anyone. They told me the person who was supposed to call me was off and that someone else would call me after my car was looked at. I tried explaining my concerns about not having to pay ANYTHING out of pocket. But they insisted someone would call me too let me know what was going on. 5:00 p.m. rolls around and I give them another call where I’m greeted with the same response someone will give you a call someone will give you a call someone will give you a call. All I kept asking was what’s wrong with my car?! No one had an answer for me. Then I spoke with a lady whose name was pink like the color, and she went on to tell me that parts were ordered and that it would take a couple of days.. well what the f*** is wrong with my car to need parts?! She went on to tell me that the person who was originally supposed to give me a call was going to give me a call the following day. I told her I didn’t want him calling me I want a call from an actual supervisor. So basically my car had been sitting there a whole day for nothing! I guess they treat you better when you’re a prospect before you even buy the car because after you buy the car they could care less about your concerns or your thoughts.. I called a couple of times yesterday and a couple of times I asked and requested to speak to a supervisor or manager and I just think it’s funny how there wasn’t one available for me to talk to you about my concerns. I wish I just want to know what’s going on with my car and I’m hoping that today I get some f****** answers!
