Ross furniture is a joke. Kinda like shopping at Ross across the street. You’ll never know what your gonna get. Recently purchased a bunk bed for my children, took 7 hours to put it together. Later to find out (6 hours of work in) that the top base board was defected. I called the store the following day to notify them about the item, and weren’t really concerned about it. They mentioned to bring it back to the store for an exchange, really after so much time and effort that’s the last thing I’d want to go thru is taking it apart and waiting another three weeks for another one. My children wooden bunk beds came with extra holes and missing holes (took pictures for proof). What ever happened to quality check, or making the customer happy. Well, I’m sure not satisfied having to pay full price for a defected item and pretty much stuck with it unless I want to take it apart and find another person with a truck to do me the favor to return it. This was a waste of money, no pride in quality or customer service. Sorry, I thought this place was great at first, but now I don’t recommend doing business here to anyone.

Terrible.Purchased a special order bookcase January 10th. Took a week to come in and I picked it up January 17th. The bookcase was wrapped in plastic and because it was raining, I did not inspect it until I came home with it. I was shocked to see that the support holes were drilled WAY off! How careless that this would be shipped out! Next Day, January 18th, I called and spoke to David about this. His response was telling me to bring it in so he could look at it. I suggested to him that I would be glad to text pictures of the problem to him. David said he would order a replacement bookcase that would come in next week. I called the following week on January 25th to ask if the replacement bookcase has come in. David said my replacement bookcase has not come in. I asked why not since he told me next week. Then David said, our orders come in every two weeks. O.K…….so today February 1st I call and speak to ‘Kim’. He says that my bookcase will come in next week! Maybe Wednesday he says. So here I am going on 3 weeks for an undelivered fully paid for bookcase. As of this writing February 1st no bookcase and no idea when or if I’ll get it. Lies & deception!They don’t care and I;ll tell you why;-David or Kim did not even attempt an apology or seem to have a grain of empathy.-Didn’t offer to take back the unusable bookcase & give me a refund-No one ever bothered to call and inform me of the delay.-Didn’t offer to deliver the bookcase when it did come in. Even though my house is less than 3 miles from their store.-Finally……they probably really don’t care because they (the owners? Kim & David) don’t live in the Antelope Valley.*In retrospect I should have followed my first inclination and ordered online from IKEA. Would have had a bookcase in 3 days.*Kim says if they don’t have my replacement bookcase on February 6th I will receive a full refund………….that’s where we left it.Today is Wednesday, February 6th. Picked up the replacement bookcase. As I unwrapped the shelves I could see they were stuck together because the paint was not dry! These people are simply incredible! I’m returning for a refund.My advice……Do not purchase anything at Ross furniture in Lancaster!Thursday, February 7th; returned the bookcase. Tim refunded the purchase price after telling me how good his supplier is and that he didn’t make the bookcase. No apology or empathy. This business does not care about their products or customers. Just sooooo sad!

My name is Aisha and I purchased a couch on April 7th.. The very same day it was delivered and I noticed a tear underneath the arm of the couch Maybe a couple hours after it was delivered.. I immediately called them.. The guy I spoke to was sorta rude and told me well you’re suppose to inspect your merchandise before signing.. ( My fault and will not happen again in the future , but when you buy something new, you expect it to be without flaws) I said the delivery guy said to sign that I received it and how was I suppose to see a tear underneath the arm of the couch?? And I only noticed it because I was picking something up off the floor.. So he began rushing me off the phne saying he’s taking care of customers and to send a picture to a number he gave me and he’ll get back to me. So the day went on and I called back.. He says we got your text and we will get back to you, we dnt close until 7, but we may have to send it out and wait to get another one.. So I ask how long would it take? He says between 7-14 days, but I will call you back and see what we can do..Next Morning: I get a text asking what’s a good time for them to pick up the sofa.. ( puzzled) I say we haven’t even talked about nothing and am I suppose to be without a sofa until the new one comes in?? He said well we have to send it out so the company can take responsibility and send a new one.. So I ask how long would that be?? He says by next week.. I said I was told 7-14 days, so what day next week exactly?? He says by the end of next week.. I said I didn’t pay my money to get a damaged couch and I shouldn’t have to wait for an undetermined date to receive a new one.. I said I rather just get my money back so I can go to another furniture store and get a couch that’s not damaged.. He says they can’t give me back my money but they can loan me a love seat.. I said ok that should be fine even tho it’s smaller than what I purchased. He said they can pick me out one and bring it. I said no, I would like to pick out my own because I’ve already purchased certain colors to go with the couch I bought.. He goes you can’t just pick whatever you want.. So long story short, I told them that they are very unprofessional and I can hear someone in the background telling you what to say, I’m a paying customer and my daughter was going to purchase a bedroom set from your store and now I’m just very dissatisfied and you just lost 2 paying customers in the future.. So I’m telling this story so that if you decided to purchase anything from them, PLEASE PLEASE inspect it over COMPLETELY because you will either end up having to wait on a replacement or you will not be able to get your money back..
