The Ross store in town has a wide range of clothing for fair prices. Often enough though, they don’t have clothes my size, but the variety of cute shoes and clothing articles available for my daughter is well worth the many visits.

Ross is one of the few places that actually practice and enforce social distancing, but the store had a lot of empty shelves and racks. It seemed like people just came and grabbed whatever they could and left. The dressing rooms were closed, and so you have to try the clothes on at home and bring back the unwanted items to the store for exchange or refund. The cashiers were friendly and respectful to customers’ needs. I would definitely come back to this location.

My experience at this Ross is very disappointing. I have visited this location multiple time with all negative experiences. The line is always unnecessarily long, nearly wrapped around the whole store. The workers work with no intention of efficiency, and are always rude and clearly unhappy to be there. The most upsetting thing is when I went in with my friend who has a service dogs, I overheard two workers saying “ew they have a dog in here” when we confronted them they acted like they’d never say such a thing. Overall this Ross is poorly managed, inefficient, and blatantly rude.
