If it wasn’t for the low prices I wouldn’t shop at this store. It’s difficult to get around the store. The racks/shelves are so close together and many of the isles have boxes stacked in them. The shelves look like items were just tossed on them, nothing organized. Items scattered on the floor. I watched 4 employees step over a shirt that had been dropped by someone on one of the main isles. The shoe department is impossible to even take a cart through. Employees are not pleasant or helpful, (you don’t roll your eyes and sigh when a customer asked a question about a product.) My last trip to the store. I had my 3yr old granddaughter with me and she says Hi, to the cashier and getting no response from her, she says Hi again just a little louder, still nothing so she gives it one more try and she received a very rude eye roll and some sort of a grunt. My granddaughter looks up at me and says why won’t she say hi to me I told her that some people are not nice and we’re never taught good manners. (not what I would liked to have said) Employees have no pride in the store.

The store is full of things you are sure to love. Name brand items at a very affordable price. Shoes, clothing, accessories, and more.At this time, masks are required. And social distancing is in affect. The staff are doing there best to keep up with the rush of customers.I love my new OMG wallet. It’s just perfect for me!

Like other Ross stores, most shelves were empty. The store was clean, neatly arranged, and well organized. The staff was friendly and courteous. Waiting for the store to be fully stocked again.
