Honestly I love discounted prices. Who doesnt?! I really wish all Rosses can be more organized. The floors should be staffed with more staff to help maintain the sales floor. If it was maintained the itemswould be sold faster and items wouldn’t be trampled on, on the floor and kicked around. However today the cashier was exceptional and had great customer service.

If Osha were there today, a fine would definitely be given. The bathrooms are an atrocity and no toilet paper… let’s not talk about the fire hazards. There wasn’t a single aisle that was ready for me to write this review today. I’m giving 2 stars only because I met 2 super nice ladies in line there and the cashier was nice. This place is despicable. I love Ross but will likely never stop foot in this one again. THERE WERE 18 PEOPLE IN LINE AHEAD OF ME and 2 cashiers. 26 MINUTES IN LINE. NOT OK……

Walked in with my wife, had a cup of Starbucks with me, was told no drinks allowed in the store. I have never had this problem in my whole life shopping before. I don’t know if this is a horrible policy or if I was discriminated against. Either way I won’t be spending my money there anymore.
