Definitely odd to have a loss prevention staff standing right in front of you when you own the door to enter. Interesting welcome committee being that he did not even say a simple hello. Gives you the feeling that it’s not a safe place. There was few people in the store yet no one knew where to wait for assistance, the whole time 3 staff just walking around being no help. Also funny thing is that carts are at the entrance with a sign telling you how they care about your health and wipe down carts after every use. However while in line i notice 3 carts being returned and the loss prevention guy putting them back in for use while never even sanitizing. No coaching supplies. NOTHING. Lady behind the register range me up and never said hi, bye or thank you. Its Ross. Only go here if needed. Shelves and racks were mostly empty. Parking was good. Huge lot.

Well organized and clean store. Very well stocked as compared to the Ross across town. It was however very busy we went in. However by the time we went to check out the line had really died down and we were served with fast service.
