Lately in the last 3 months I have been in there atleast 5 times. The first time … there was hardly anything in there… I thought they were closing. The last several times that I actually bought something and returned. I felt the cashiers were rude and rushed even though the line was never too long. No customer service at all. I did get a good sale once and the store is stocked again so I gave 2 stars. Not my favorite Ross at all. I rather shop elsewhere and give my money to nice friendly service.

I went on Cyber Monday. It seem to have a fair amount of items. However I was looking for men’s pants and basically they only have blue jean and active pants. Only about a 5-foot section of men slacks. I was disappointed because I went there specifically for men’s slacks. I got some coffee syrup flavorings that was looking for and that was it.
