I saw all the great reviews on this store & my experience just this evening July 23rd, the store was a total disaster. Clothes everywhere on the floor, underneath the racks, piled on top of furniture, I also saw many aisles blocked by items pulled out and left in the middle… totally unorganized and messy it was unbelievable.. I don’t know if they were short-staffed or what, but it made it very difficult to look through things and honestly made me not want to ever go back.. I had to leave Within 10 minutes of walking in. I’ve been in many other Ross stores that are much better organized & much cleaner.

I liked it, haven’t been in a long time. They have come a long way. Bigger selection, cleaner n better organized, good customer service. Long lines but reasonable prices.
