This is just another messy store, Monday visit and you’d think it would be a little more organized. The outside of the store is trashy as you can see in the pictures. I don’t know who’s fault it is to maintain this store, but clearly it’s not happening.

Poor staff at this store… there is a line of customers yet one cash register open.. employees see line getting longer but they huddle in group talking… do you just have poor skills or be lazy to work at Ross.. such behavior among employees has been observed at several stores, San Marcos, Southpark Meadows to name a few…As I see it, Ross is a great place to find great things at great prices but does that means poor service with unprofessional staff …
