I like going to Ross. I don’t go as often as I want but when I do, I can almost always find what it is I am looking for. They have really good prices and somewhat good customer service. There are two things I would recommend to this business, better customer service training and better organization of the overall product. Inspite of that I’ll continue to go there, just think they could attract more customers with the above stated suggestions.
