In 1995 the owners designed and built a new building just down the street from its original store. Allen and Sheila continued a tradition of exceptional customer service with an emphasis on quality products at the best value that would lead The Rose Bud to success in the future. I ordered flowered for my moms birthday as I do each year and Sheila and the staff of the Rose Bud always go above and beyond for me. The flowers they delivered to my mom were exactly what I wanted.
