Bed was delivered with wrong information, set up was not included…..delivery guys were rude and tried intimidation but had to put a stop to it immediately verbally with me having to cuss….reported incident only to be informed set up would NOThappen and Rooms To Go offered to refund delivery fee….Ugh bad business and so much customer serviceUghUpdateTodd Store manager came to the rescue and resolved problems….That’s Customer Service!Five Stars it is
