Cindy was completely wonderful, and very patient. She was able to manage multiple customers without making anyone feel like they were left alone. She was so patient and understanding as I would place something in my cart, but remove it to add a different piece of furniture only to add it back later. I never felt pressured to buy, and Cindy was there to assist me with whatever decision I made. The Acceptance representative was very professional and kind & patient as well. She explained everything to me efficiently. Everyone that I interacted with was the model of great customer service. This was my first time purchasing at Rooms To Go,, and I will definitely return for future purchases with great service like I received today.

I went in today and Jay and Daisy did a great job helping me select my kids furniture. I can’t wait for my delivery. My grand baby will be so happy. They both showed me different options and helped me get the right mattress so I can be comfortable napping with the baby. One seemed new but wanted to help so she got the other young girl to help. Both of them are super professional and pleasant to do business with.
