Michelle at Rooms to Go Plano made my first time buying experience a very smooth process. Clear and concise descriptions, strong package knowledge and understanding off options. I am firm on loyalty and will be reaching out to her wherever I am in need of anything. Customer service and respect through her was far superior to any experience I’ve had at other stores. She made me feel confident not looking to compare at other stores. The service, protection and care for our furniture after the sale was a deal breaker. I’d give 10 stars if possible.

Today my Son, daughter and I made a stop at Rooms to Go to pick out a new set for our living room. Our salesman Anthony worked with us to help us pick out the perfect couch we wanted. Then Superman Manager Jeremiah, swooped in to save the day and worked overtime to pull in favors to get us our furniture as fast as he could. For this military family, on this weekend, we are so much more than grateful for everyone here and all the time they took with us. Thank you everyone. We have been so much more than blessed by you.
