Mr. Frank was the very best sales person I have had the privilege of being helped by. He is so personable and doesn’t force things, yet still helped us find exactly what we need. I had the most pleasant experience shopping for furniture for our first apartment because of Mr. Frank. Thank you Rooms To Go for hiring such wonderful staff. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Our experience of buying a mattress set, delivery and having to go in and talk to management was horrible. First when we purchased the mattress we kept getting told different prices and policy’s of return. Then on the day of delivery I got a text and call saying they were at my home but they weren’t come to find out they dropped it at the wrong house. 45 minutes later when they did show up they decided to toss both my box spring and $2900 tempurpedic mattress out of the back of the truck and on to the ground . We paid the extra money to have it taken inside but we were assured the delivery guys would have masks, gloves and even booties to cover up their shoes. None of that was true they didn’t have any masks at all. When we went in the same day to talk with Mick it was an even bigger disaster he is very rude and shows no empathy at all. When we showed him the video all he had to say was oh well that’s bad and then when we asked about refunding our delivery fee we had to pay he said he couldn’t do it today and it would take him 3-4 days and he would call us. He didn’t apologize for the men not wearing masks for the fact we had to make an extra trip back to the store or the fiasco with saying they were at our home but weren’t. We did find out they do NOT offer refunds and you have 48 hours to see if it’s damaged to have it replaced. This place offers horrible customer service and doesn’t have any respect for customers or the products customers order. Not to mention also they stood the damaged box up when it says to store flat.
