We went to go look at some living room furniture ideas. Right away Maggie offered to help and she showed us where to find the prices and colors on the showroom floor. We did find a soft that was for us but ran out of time and had to go. We will be back to see you Maggie.Friendly staff, beautiful store!!!

If I could redo the scale of customer service from 0-10, I’d make it -10 to 10 and give RTG a -10. Getting in touch with customer service takes a minimum of an hour, and when I finally get someone on the phone they hang up before presenting a solution. If an order is incorrect, expect a solution within 6-10 month or false promises that won’t be kept. If they tell you they will call you back, take your chances in Vegas instead. This company obviously doesn’t care for their customers and it shows, starts with management and the only way it’ll change is with cleaning house with the current. Until then, expect mediocrity for customer service.
