Mark is an exceptional jeweler! The care and craftsmanship shows in his work. And I can’t say enough about Ashley, she is wonderful! They make a very attentive and considerate team; they really listen to be able to help you with any of your jewelry needs. Mark recently repaired three pairs of 14k gold earrings for me that had issues with the clasps. He made them look like new after polishing and cleaning them up. I am so glad I do not need to worry about losing any of my precious earrings. Also, Mark recently fixed my Seth Thomas wall clock, and I am overjoyed that the chimes are working again Fantastic store demonstrating what true customer service is all about. This is MY go to jeweler! Terrific selection and prices. In house repair and appraisals. Marc is a GIA trained jeweler. Watch repair and ring sizing done on premises. Ashley is always ready with a smile and knows the meaning of great customer service! A local gem!
