Worst place possible to change tires.i read one guy that he paid $100 per tire that’s way to much usually it’s $15 per Tire. If your lucky it’s $10 and $5 for balancing so $60 tops. Used tires are the same price as new shop around there’s one on broadway and Ann street that are better on price. Romero is a hot head he can’t be a business owner with that attitude and prices. Shop at own risk.

Ok so I bought tires online to replace my old tires. There’s a big snowstorm coming so I’m in a pinch and I need these tires on ASAP. I call this place to see if they can put the tires on. The “Attitude” can be heard over the phone immediately. I’m told yes that they can do that but that they close at 5:30pm. It’s 4:30pm and I’m 5 minutes out so I tell him that I’m on my way. I pull up to the place with zero business happening and the person that I spoke with (I’m assuming it’s Romero… a short older man with glasses) immediately comes out and barks at me…. “ CASH ONLY….$100.00 to replace your old tires with your new tires and $20.00 additional for me to keep your old tires!” I tell him all I’ve got right now is $100.00 so he says that he’ll change the tires then and I take my old tires. He does the work with a younger assistant (a tall , young male who was a complete professional & gentleman) and then rolls my old tires to me. I ask him to hold on to those old tires and let me go to the bank real fast (due to the fact that it’s literally two streets away) and I’ll get him $20.00. He then gets agitated and tells me to give him my cellphone and he’ll hold on to it until I come back with $20.00……So he wants to hold my $800.00 cell phone as ransom for $20.00. After a brief pointless dialogue with this jerk his assistant puts my old tires back in my car and apologizes. Like I said before i was in a pinch so I drove the two streets, pulled out some cash from the bank and returned with the old tires. I gave him his $20.00 and tipped his assistant. In closing I would have given this place 1 star, but the younger assistant was a real pure professional. In my opinion this place & prices are shady. The customer service is nonexistent and if you can help it go somewhere else for your “tire” needs.
