I had an amazing experience with Toni and Giovanni at the Rolex Boutique in SF. I called the store a few weeks ago and Toni informed me I should stop in and meet some of the staff. When I arrived at the store, Giovanni took the time to talk with me about a few pieces I was interested in. She was as polite and patient as possible with my questions. I’ve been to many Rolex boutiques, and they’ve been fine, but this is the first time where I felt like I was of value to the store. She was great at educating me on what I could expect, and I couldn’t be more excited to visit the store again in the future. Cheers and thanks again!

There are many high-end boutiques that sell watches in the city, and I’ve been to them all – but this is the one you want to go to… I was looking for a watch that I knew was not going to be available right away and I was dreading the dismissive behavior that I had experienced at other boutiques. Fortunately, that was not the case at Tourneau Rolex boutique. I cannot say enough about Kyron, and the team. Kyron went the extra mile and after a few months I got the call on the piece I was looking for. As expected, Kyron provided Rolex service. Top of the line. Pleasant and helpful. It was an exceptional experience, and I am thankful to have found a boutique I can trust. Cannot recommend them enough and will be back in the near future for my next pieces!

Had a short trip for work and figured I would stop by the boutique to see what they have. Called in advance as I was pressed for time – Kyron was super helpful in sending me pics of what they had and availability. Once I chose the model I wanted he had it packed and ready to go so I was able to quickly stop in, pay and be on my way to my dinner meeting. Kudos for All Star service! Thanks!
