Great Rolex authorized dealer!I had never purchased a Rolex before, so I visited for the first time to inquire about a steel sports model. Upon entering, my girlfriend and I were pleasantly greeted by Erik, who was very attentive as I expressed my interest in acquiring my first Rolex watch. He treated us with the utmost respect as we gave each other our contact information, and it was nice having a chat about the current product lineup. Overall great experience, and we will definitely be coming back.

Just a quick note to express my sincere thanks to Rolex – Santa Monica and to share our positive experience working with Danika Cooperstone. A few weeks ago, my son and I visited your store and we were warmly welcomed by Danika. She patiently listened to what we were looking for and showed us several different watches. Although we didn’t purchase a watch that day, we left with a feeling that we would be back. During the next several weeks, Danika kept in contact and sent periodic texts with photos of new watches that had come in that she thought I might like. After returning from a business trip, I connected with Danika and she had exactly the watch I was looking for (as well as several alternatives). We came to the store the following day and I ended up buying two watches. Although I don’t often write reviews, I wanted to recognize the elegant, low-key and no pressure style that Danika exhibited.
