My husband and I initially walked in to this location wanting to purchase his first Rolex.They didn’t have the watch my husband wanted available but Carson,our Sales Associate was very accommodating and helpful.He made couple calls and surly ,was able to locate a store nearby who had the watch available. Carson was simply Fantastic! Thank you so much Carson for the outstanding customer service! Such an amazing Rolex experience! Highly Recommend ! 10/10!

Visiting GEARYS Rodeo Drive was one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. I’m just a regular guy looking to buy my first Rolex for my collection. However, Zsofia made me feel like a Hollywood celebrity. Though I’m still on the waiting list for an Explorer (I dropped the ball in March 2020 when they had one in stock), Zsofia continues to stay in contact with me. A++ service all around!
